Event Coordinators

Event Coordinators are primarily responsible for taking the lead in planning and implementing UPB events each semester.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Take lead coordination on at least one (1), but mustn’t exceed three (3), event(s) per semester with the assistance of the Leadership Team and General Assembly
  • Assisting with at least four (4) events each semester
  • Manage the programming budget with Leadership Team and the advisor(s)
  • Attend Leadership Team meetings
  • Hold a specified amount of office hours each week (# to be determined)
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of the Fall Concert and Springfest
  • Sign and follow the UPB confidentiality agreement
  • Complete other duties as assigned
